1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of thinkandform.co.nz(the "site"), operated by Think and Form Limited, a New Zealand company based in Auckland (NZBN 9429053691248).
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the site only. Any consulting work we do together is governed by a separate engagement agreement.
2. What the site is for
The site is an information resource about Think and Form Limited's services, ventures, and writing. Content on this site is general information, not professional, technical, legal, or financial advice. If you need advice for a specific situation, please get in touch and we will arrange that under a proper engagement.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site — including copy, design, illustrations, logos, and code samples — is owned by or licensed to Think and Form Limited.
You may:
- Read, download, and share pages for personal or internal business reference.
- Quote short passages with credit and a link back to the source page.
You may not:
- Republish large parts of the site, including blog posts, as your own.
- Use the Think and Form Limited name, logo, or wordmark to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission.
- Scrape or harvest content for training datasets, mailing lists, or commercial repackaging.
Third-party trademarks (for example, our partners or clients where named) remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to our own ventures (such as thinkingpm.app, gosmash.app, runchair.com, and heritrail.com) and to third-party sites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or terms of any external site, and a link does not imply endorsement of any third party.
5. Site availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
6. No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Think and Form Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under New Zealand consumer protection legislation (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986), where that legislation applies to you.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information collected through the site in line with our Privacy notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
